Join us in creating online success stories!\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an SDET / Technical QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in technical QA and test automation who wants to work closely with developers, Product and other QAs to deliver high-quality software at speed.\nAt group.one, QA is not just the final gate before release. Our QAs and SDETs are quality engineering partners embedded in the development process, helping teams identify risks early, improve testability, strengthen automation and build quality into everyday development.\nYou will have a strong focus on test automation, APIs, integration testing and technical quality improvements, while also supporting our move towards continuous delivery and AI-assisted software development.\nWhat you will do\nTake technical QA ownership within an agile development team.\n\nDesign, develop and maintain automated tests for critical business flows.\n\nBuild and improve UI, API and integration test coverage.\n\nApply risk-based testing and ensure automation effort focuses on high-impact areas.\n\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.\n\nImprove test stability, execution speed and maintainability.\n\nUse and explore AI-assisted engineering and QA tools for automation, investigation and test development.\n\nManual functional testing when needed\n\nShare automation practices and technical knowledge across QA teams.\n\nOur technology and QA landscape\nDepending on the product area, you may work with:\nPlaywright - UI and end-to-end automation\n\nPytest - API and integration automation\n\nPest - API, integration and developer-level testing\n\nREST and GraphQL APIs\n\nCI/CD pipelines\n\nJira and Confluence\n\nAI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code\n\nExperience with all technologies is not required, but we expect you to have strong automation fundamentals and the ability to quickly learn new frameworks and tools.\nWe are looking for someone who\nHas 3+ years of experience in Technical QA, SDET, Test Automation Engineering or a similar role.\n\nHas hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated tests.\n\nUnderstands modern test automation architecture and good framework design.\n\nHas strong experience with API and/or UI automation.\n\nIs comfortable working with code, debugging and technical problem solving.\n\nCan design effective test scenarios based on risk, customer impact and business-critical flows.\n\nTakes ownership and proactively identifies quality and automation improvements.\n\nCommunicates technical risks clearly and constructively.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Playwright, Pytest, Pest or similar automation frameworks.\n\nExperience testing REST and GraphQL APIs.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted coding or testing tools.\n\nExperience from the web hosting, domains, cloud, SaaS or related hosting industry.\n\nWhat we offer\nA modern QA organisation with a strong focus on quality engineering and automation.\n\nThe opportunity to influence our automation frameworks and technical QA direction.\n\nClose collaboration with Delivery Managers, Developers and other QA Engineers.\n\nOpportunities to grow technically and take broader ownership.\n\nAccess to modern automation and AI-assisted engineering tools.\n\nAn international working environment.\n\nWe are committed to an inclusive and safe environment, free from discrimination and harassment.\nWe welcome talent in all its diversity.
