This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a well-rounded tax profile within a global organization.\nWhat you will be working on\nSupporting the Group Tax team on international indirect tax matters, including VAT and other transaction tax topics.\n\nAssisting in the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, including local files.\n\nSupporting transfer pricing compliance activities and related analyses.\n\nContributing to Mergers & Acquisitions / M&A and Post-Merger Integration / PMI tax projects.\n\nConducting tax research and preparing analyses on various direct and indirect tax topics.\n\nCollecting, structuring and analyzing tax-related and financial data from various business units.\n\nPreparing, maintaining and evaluating tax-related reports, tables and dashboards for management reporting and decision-making purposes.\n\nDeveloping management presentations and summarizing complex tax matters in a clear, concise and business-oriented manner.\n\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.\n\nSupporting ongoing tax compliance, tax audits and special tax projects as required.\n\nWhat you will bring\nUniversity degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field.\n\nApproximately 2-3 years of professional experience.\n\nSolid generalist tax background with exposure to multiple tax disciplines.\n\nInitial experience with transfer pricing documentation, particularly local files.\n\nBasic knowledge of indirect tax topics, especially VAT within an international business environment.\n\nExposure to M&A-related tax matters is considered an advantage.\n\nExperience within an international group environment is beneficial, preferably within a related industry.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting and preparation of management-ready summaries.\n\nAbout us\ngroup.one is a leading European provider of online presence, cloud hosting, and digital marketing services.
