Our workloads are containerized and run on Amazon EKS across DEV, STG and PROD environments.\nYou’ll join our DevOps team and work closely with internal and stakeholder technical teams to keep production platforms stable, secure and well monitored. Most of the work follows SOPs and runbooks, which makes this a good place to build real production experience. Our engineers also use AI tools every day to speed up troubleshooting, scripting, documentation and routine operations.\nWe welcome junior candidates and fresh graduates. You’ll need solid fundamentals and some hands-on AWS or Kubernetes exposure, whether from projects, labs or certifications. We’ll give you structured onboarding, shadow support and mentoring from senior engineers.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nPlatform Operations\nSupport AWS infrastructure across DEV, STG and PROD, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS and EKS\nRun daily health checks on EKS clusters, nodes, pods and workloads (Linux and Windows nodes)\nProvision and maintain infrastructure with Terraform through GitLab pipelines\nSupport application workloads on the platform, including web and API services\nTroubleshoot issues using approved SOPs and runbooks, and escalate to senior engineers when needed\nSupport OS patching and maintain standard build images for Windows and Linux\nIncidents & Service Requests\nTriage, track and follow up on incidents and service requests until closure\nKeep tickets up to date in Jira / JSM or ServiceNow\nSupport high-severity production incidents according to the escalation matrix\nPrepare incident notes, status updates and support reports\nMonitoring & Observability\nMonitor platform health with Elastic/Kibana and AWS CloudWatch, including Container Insights\nReview SLO dashboards, burn-rate alerts and operational metrics to catch degradation early\nFollow up on alerts and escalate them according to SOPs\nHelp maintain dashboards, alert rules and monitoring runbooks\nDevOps & CI/CD\nSupport GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure-as-code deployments\nSupport merge-request security scanning workflows and help teams fix findings\nHelp keep container images clean and remediate CVEs\nAssist with releases and deployments across environments\nSecurity & Compliance\nSupport least-privilege IAM, RBAC and access request workflows\nCoordinate security patching and vulnerability remediation\nCollect logs and evidence for security investigations and compliance reviews\nSupport backup and recovery operations (AWS Backup, RDS snapshots) and DR exercises\nReporting & Improvement\nPrepare operational reports and ticket summaries\nJoin regular operations review meetings\nSpot recurring issues and improve SOPs, runbooks and documentation\nAI-Assisted Productivity\nUse AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, log and alert analysis, and root-cause investigation\nUse AI coding assistants to draft and review scripts, Terraform code and CI/CD pipeline changes\nUse AI to write and improve SOPs, runbooks, incident notes and reports\nFind repetitive operational tasks that AI or automation can streamline\nAlways check AI-generated output, and follow security and data-handling guidelines when using AI tools\nSkills and Qualifications\nDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field\nHands-on AWS knowledge (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3) from work, internships, labs or certification study\nBasic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes concepts such as pods, deployments and services\nBasic Linux administration (Windows Server exposure is a plus)\nFamiliarity with Git and basic scripting in Shell or Python\nCuriosity about using AI tools to work smarter and learn faster\nGood communication skills, willingness to learn, and attention to detail when following SOPs\n1–3+ years in DevOps, SRE or system administration\nAWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, SysOps Administrator) or Kubernetes certifications (CKA / CKAD)\nExperience with Amazon EKS, Helm or kubectl troubleshooting\nTerraform and GitLab CI experience\nElastic/Kibana (including ES|QL), CloudWatch, or Prometheus/Grafana\nExposure to security scanning tools (SonarQube, FOD, Nexus-IQ) or container image scanning\nITIL Foundation, or experience with Jira/JSM or ServiceNow\nExperience with Windows containers or Windows-based workloads on Kubernetes\nHands-on experience using AI assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) for coding, troubleshooting or documentation\nWhat We Offer\nHands-on experience running a production-scale platform on AWS and EKS\nStructured onboarding, shadow support and mentoring\nSponsorship for AWS and Kubernetes certifications (edit to match your actual benefits)\nAccess to AI productivity tools, in a team that actively uses AI-assisted engineering practices\nA clear growth path into senior DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering roles\nWorking Arrangement\nBusiness hours, plus a 24x7 on-call rotation for high-severity production incidents.
