In this role, you will conduct heuristic and usability evaluations, plan and execute end-to-end user testing, and translate findings into actionable insights on customer needs and pain points. You will design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized across multiple devices and interfaces, while identifying design challenges and crafting thoughtful, effective solutions.\nCollaboration is essential in this role. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in UX design for digital products, strong research and analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Familiarity with agile methodologies and strong communication skills are required. Candidates with more than three years of experience may be considered for a senior position\nJob Duties\nDeliver UX and heuristic/usability analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques.\nConduct end-to-end user testing.
