Why we're hiring:
WPP is looking for an Administrative Associate - Legal to support our Netherlands holding companies by providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the Managing Director/CFO. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine legal and governance administration with executive support in one of the world's leading creative transformation companies.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting company secretarial, legal, and administrative activities across the Netherlands holding companies.
- Coordinating board meetings, preparing minutes, resolutions, and corporate documentation.
- Managing statutory records, regulatory filings, and governance processes.
- Maintaining corporate records, entity management systems, and organisational data.
- Supporting legal document execution (powers of attorney, and corporate transactions.
- Assisting with annual filings, compliance activities, and Treasury-related Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions on a range of legal projects.
Who you'll be working with:
You will report to the Managing Director/CFO of the Dutch holding companies
and work in close partnership with WPP’s Company Secretarial team, led by the Company Secretary based in London. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across Legal, Tax, Treasury, and senior leadership teams, playing a key role in helping ensure governance processes run effectively and efficiently.
What you'll need:
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including legal administration, company secretarial, paralegal or legal business support.
You'll bring:
- Experience in an administrative, legal support, company secretarial, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and international teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership.
- Knowledge of corporate governance or Dutch company administration processes would be advantageous but is not essential.
