We're committed to fostering a culture of creativity, belonging and continuous learning, attracting and developing the brightest talent, and providing exciting career opportunities that help our people grow. \n\nFor more information, visit WPP.com.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCustomer/Employee/Vendor Master Data Setup\nData and Process Mapping\nData Audits and Assessments\nDealing with escalated client queries\nDashboard for monthly and quarterly audit.\nData Quality Risk Assessment, Management and Mitigation\nManagement of data governance process in Maconomy business systems and related platforms.\nEnsuring that data is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and within defined SLA's\nIdentification and investigation of issues relayed to systems master data - taking corrective action where appropriate.\nChecking, updating and maintaining internal system information\nInvolvement in project-based activity such as data collection, cleansing, migration and testing where appropriate.\nEnsuring we comply with SOX Controls\nReview the Master Data creation and Modification.\nAs per ICFR control, conduct daily, weekly or month review of Vendor and Client creation and modification.\nYearly activity of deactivation of Vendor and Client as per process.\nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure that communications and relations are effective\nSupporting peak business periods and escalation requests.\nWhat you'll need:\nMust have 2 - 5 years of core MDM experience (Vendor /Masterdata)\nShould be proficiency in English language skills\nShould be well versed with technology\nStrong knowledge of computer operating systems & database technology, especially Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel etc.)\nProcess driven and methodical, with a strong attention to detail and desire to achieve a high standard of work.\nGood administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are important with the ability to effectively priorities work\nA real interest in data and databases, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work.\nComfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment;\nExcellent support for customer service objectives\nWho you are:\nYou're open: we are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
