This role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making across Global Procurement and Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS).\nThe analyst will act as a data partner for both functions - owning dashboards, analytics, reporting frameworks, and data quality - while supporting global transformation initiatives, cost optimisation, portfolio performance, and digital enablement.\nThis is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nData Strategy & Governance (Procurement & REWS)\nSupport the execution of the global data and reporting strategy across Procurement and REWS.\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources (ERP, S2C tools, real estate systems, finance data).\nDefine and maintain data validation processes for spend, contracts, savings, projects, portfolio, and transformation metrics.\nDrive improvements in data quality at source through stakeholder collaboration and process simplification.\n\nAnalytics & Insights - Procurement\nDevelop and maintain procurement dashboards covering:Spend analysis\nCategory and supplier performance\nSavings and pipeline tracking\nContract and sourcing activity\n\nPerform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and cost-reduction opportunities.\nOwn and support procurement taxonomies, categorisation logic, and reporting standards.\nPartner with category teams and procurement leadership to answer strategic and operational business questions through data.\n\nAnalytics & Insights - REWS\nTrack and report on global REWS transformation initiatives, including:Cost savings (leases, operational efficiencies, IFM)\nSpace optimisation and Space reduction\nPortfolio size and footprint by agency and region\nProject completion rates and transformation benefits\n\nSupport portfolio and performance reporting for senior REWS leadership.\nConsolidate and analyse global end-user feedback related to workplace transformation.\nRespond to ad-hoc REWS reporting requests with speed and accuracy.\n\nDashboarding & Reporting\nDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI (and related tools).\nTranslate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready visualisations and narratives.\nEnsure recurring reports and dashboards are reliable, scalable, and aligned to global KPIs.\nContinuously improve reporting automation and self-service capabilities.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration & COE Enablement\nWork closely with global stakeholders across Procurement, REWS, Finance, IT, Data teams and relevant external suppliers\nAct as a trusted data partner for senior leaders, providing insights, context, and recommendations.\nSupport COE capability building by documenting processes, sharing best practices, and enabling repeatable analytics.\nLiaise with internal and external technology partners (e.g., ERP, S2C, BI vendors) where required.\nWhat you'll need:\n3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.\nPrior experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, or Transformation functions is strongly preferred.\nProven experience working with global stakeholders and large, complex datasets.\nExposure to transformation programs, cost optimisation initiatives, or portfolio reporting is a plus.\n\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\nStrong experience with Power BI (dashboard design, data modelling, storytelling).\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling).\nUnderstanding of:Procurement data (spend, POs, invoices, contracts, savings)\nFinancial concepts (GLs, cost centres, budgets)\nReal estate or portfolio metrics (SM², occupancy costs, leases - desirable)\n\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, S2C / S2P tools, or real estate management systems is an advantage.\nStrong analytical thinking with attention to detail and data accuracy.\n\nSoft Skills & Competencies\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\nStructured problem-solving mindset with business acumen.\nHigh ownership, curiosity, and continuous-improvement orientation.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, matrix environment.\nWho you are:\nYou're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
