The role translates global product strategy into regional rollout plans, orchestrates stakeholder readiness, and measures value realization (adoption %, time-to-value, enablement NPS), ensuring that enterprise platforms deliver outcomes for agencies and markets in the region\nWhat you'll be doing:\nStrategy & Demand\nShape and qualify market demand; align initiatives with domain roadmaps and architecture.\nTranslate global product strategies into regional execution plans and benefit hypotheses.\nFeed demand into governance forums (e.g., PRB/TSB) with clear business cases and readiness criteria.\nRollout & Governance\nDesign localized rollout plans with dependencies, risks, controls and cutover steps.\nRun governance cadences (weekly status, risk/issue logs, QBRs) and maintain Wrike dashboards.\nEnsure compliance with local regulations, info-security and change standards.\nStakeholders & Communications\nAct as the primary interface between product teams and markets; orchestrate two-way feedback.\nPrepare townhall decks, leadership briefings and market comms; support hiring/enablement needs.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and drive decisions.\nMeasurement & Improvement\nDefine and track KPIs for adoption and time-to-value; publish enablement scorecards.\nRun launch retrospectives; update playbooks and prerequisites based on insights.\nContribute to portfolio-level reporting on value, efficiency and cost avoidance.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nPlatform adoption (e.g., OMS/Choreograph modules) vs baseline: +20-30% YoY\nTime-to-launch for prioritized products: ≤ agreed SLA from gate to go-live\nEnablement satisfaction/NPS from stakeholders: ≥ 60\nReadiness index (prerequisites met pre-launch): ≥ 90%\nWhat you'll need:\nSignificant experience in enterprise technology enablement, program management, or regional rollout leadership within matrixed organisations\nProven stakeholder engagement at senior levels; ability to influence without authority.\nExperience leading multi-market product rollouts with clear governance and benefit tracking.\nData-driven approach to enablement design and measurement (dashboards, adoption analytics).\nFluent English (written & verbal).\nNice-to-have\nCertifications: Prosci/ADKAR, PMP/Prince2, Agile (Scrum/SAFe).\nExperience with media/advertising operations.\nExposure to regional compliance topics (privacy, labour, finance controls).\nTools & Platforms\nRequired: Wrike (or equivalent PM tool), one HRIS (e.g., Workday), one ERP (e.g., D365).Preferred: Choreograph/OMS, Chase Media, Adaptive, Power Platform.\nWho you are:\nYou're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
