In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media’s shared core values:\nBe Extraordinary by Leading Collectively to Inspire transformational Creativity.\nCreate an Open environment by Balancing People and Client Experiences by Cultivating Trust.\nLead Optimistically by Championing Growth and Development to Mobilize the Enterprise.\nACCOUNTABILITIES:\nSet up initial plan documents and presentation decks using consistent Universal templates\nSupport activation planners in development of their plans, POVs, reports and presentations\nMaintain templates, implementing updates as requested by the planning/buying team \nAssist through all stages of the media planning process\nIncluding rankers, insertion orders/platform inputs, MediaOcean/Prisma inputting, billing and discrepancy resolution, trafficking, specs and deadline charts\nPull data reports for activation team to review and analyze\nUtilize and understand research tools and vendor platforms for the collection of data\nProactively look for trends and anomalies\nCoordinate, assist and assemble content for client-facing documents\nAssemble weekly packets\nAssemble weekly competitive reports\nInput purchased media into agency stewardship platform (MediaOcean/Prisma)\nManage the billing process and resolve discrepancies with urgency\nEscalate vendor invoice errors to Associate Account Managers for negotiation/resolution\nRELATIONSHIPS & COMMUNICATION:\nCoordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams and vendors as required\nMaintain contact/rep lists and assist planning/buying team in vendor outreach\nLIFE AT WPP MEDIA & BENEFITS\nOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
