This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of ecommerce trends, and can translate brand insights into engaging consumer experiences.\nIndependently manage campaign setup, monitoring, and optimizations across all biddable commerce platforms.\nImplement best-in-class search structures and daily optimizations on campaigns, aligning with client KPIs.\nCoordinate weekly and bi-weekly with partners to deliver best-in-class optimizations and platform updates in line with client KPIs.\nUtilize tools like Pacvue and Helium10 to assist with providing better recommendations to clients.\nExtract and build reports with actionable insights that drive improvements for the client's business.\nConduct analysis on business performance trends for the client, the category, and the competition.\nDeliver daily, weekly, and monthly spend reports based on client requirements.\nProduce, use, and deliver suitable historical results and insights from reports.\nConduct benchmark reporting and analysis on new client campaigns.\nContribute to and populate data for team deliverables like monthly reports, QBRs, and annual reviews.\nServe as the day-to-day point of contact for client performance queries, demonstrating strong client management skills.\nStay on top of and alert clients in case of competition activity that could affect their business.\nPrepare status sheets for regular client meetings.\nDemonstrate an understanding of how each client executes their commerce business (e.g., business model, operations, ROI, financial performance, and key success factors).\nMaintain Amazon and commerce training certifications.\nPossess a good understanding of all biddable commerce platforms.\nUnderstand and effectively own the finance process for the client (PO, BO, invoicing).\nSkills and Experience\nAt WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
