At WPP Media OOH we promote from within so this could be your next step towards becoming our next Account Director.\nOverview of Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Duties\nInputting campaigns onto our bespoke Aureus system\nAssist the team with Optioning and Booking campaigns\nUpdate internal databases as required\nBegin to build good rapport and relationships with Media Owners\nUndertake location mapping using our online tool\nUndertake general campaign support during and afterwards\nDevelop knowledge of processes on specific ‘patch’\nCreating a bespoke weekly update for agency planning teams\nCollate and share Media Owner information\nTakes responsibility for escalating challenges and issues that may arise\nDeveloping understanding of OOH sector\nGrows industry knowledge through internal training, attending seminars, industry events and media\nSkills and Experience\nHighly organised and efficient\nPro-active and goes extra mile\nAbility to multitask and prioritise\nResilient and responds well to fast paced, dynamic working environment\nTeam player and highly supportive of team\nBuilds good relationships with range of people - Media Owners & internal planning teams\nGood eye for detail, inputting data\nGood understanding and use of MS Office /Windows - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nStrong numerical skills\nComfortable with learning new IT systems and online tools - quick to learn\nLife at WPP Media & Benefits\nOur passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
