Connected through WPP Open and powered by Open Intelligence, clients see exactly where, how, and why their media investment is working.\nFor more information, visit wppmedia.com.\nRole Summary\nThis role is within WPP Media where you will be instrumental in performing Social campaigns for a portfolio of WPP Media clients as a Social Associate.\nMEASURES OF SUCCESS:\nIn three months:\nUnderstand the client business and the category and key drivers of growth\nBuild a collaborative relationship with your clients and act as the lead contact across assigned brands\nEmbed into the internal team and understand the different specialist teams you work with\nUnderstand the key tools and processes critical to the everyday running of the account\nIn six months:\nLead your own planning response from insight and strategy through to execution\nProject manage cross-media, category and industry leading campaigns\nIn 12 months:\nWork closely with the client team and other specialist teams on at least one project\nCoach junior members of the team to achieve their goals\nDeliver a positive client performance rating on your brands and helped deliver a positive over-all score for the team\nRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:\nLead the over-all strategic communication planning process that will address client’s business needs\nSupervise team’s over-all output to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables\nManage day-to-day client requirements through mentoring junior members of the team\nAppropriate and delegate tasks to individual members of the team, ensuring that they are given adequate time, resources and training to perform the tasks\nConduct annual and interim review of team members in a thorough and professional manner\nBuild and maintain a productive relationship with clients and team members\nAssist with fee and contract negotiation as well as other aspect of the business\nWork with the client to arrive at the best processes/ system for managing their business\nWork with other teams/departments to promote clients interest with strategically important media owners\nTake part in new business pitches and provide insightful and comprehensive communications solutions for the agency and its clients\nLife at WPP Media & Benefits\nOur passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
