Success will be measured through revenue growth, pipeline conversion and solution adoption.\nSkills and Experience \nWhat you’ll do:\nCommercial Growth & Pipeline Management \nOwn the day-to-day management of the regional growth pipeline across priority clients and markets. \nIdentify, qualify and progress commercial opportunities in partnership with market and client teams. \nDrive opportunities from initial qualification through to proposal, approval and conversion. \nMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting, opportunity tracking and revenue visibility. \nIdentify commercial risks and maintain momentum through clear ownership and decisive follow-up. \nStrategic Pitches & Opportunity Conversion \nLead the development and coordination of strategic pitches, proposals and client growth plans. \nBuild compelling business cases, commercial models and client-ready recommendations. \nCoordinate inputs across practices, analytics, strategy, technology and market teams. \nDevelop clear value propositions supported by measurable client outcomes and proof points. \nImprove win rates through consistent, high-quality responses and strong opportunity management. \nSolution Adoption & Commercial Impact \nPartner with client and market teams to ensure strategic solutions are effectively positioned and adopted. \nSupport go-to-market planning and activation for priority capabilities and solution offerings. \nMonitor adoption performance and identify opportunities to increase utilisation and revenue impact. \nDevelop and share case studies, success stories and best practices that support growth and scale. \nHelp ensure strategic capabilities translate into sustainable client value and business growth. \nAnalytics & Growth Insights \nTranslate analytics, measurement and performance data into actionable commercial opportunities and client recommendations. \nPartner with analytics teams to quantify business impact, strengthen ROI cases and support solution recommendations. \nDevelop insight-led narratives that demonstrate the value of WPP Media capabilities. \nUse data and market intelligence to improve prioritisation, forecasting and decision-making. \nMonitor industry trends, market developments and competitive activity to identify emerging growth opportunities. \nRegional Growth Execution \nEstablish disciplined ways of working for opportunity management and growth planning across APAC. \nDrive stakeholder alignment, clear actions and execution across strategic opportunities. \nLead business reviews focused on pipeline health, growth performance and commercial outcomes. \nBuild strong relationships across markets, practices and functions to accelerate execution of the regional growth agenda. \n\nWhat you’ll need:\nSignificant experience across media, commercial strategy, business development, consulting, analytics or client leadership.\nProven success managing growth pipelines, commercial opportunities or strategic client programmes.\nExperience developing integrated client solutions across media, analytics, data, technology and AI.\nStrong commercial acumen, including forecasting, opportunity management and revenue growth.\nExperience leading strategic pitches, proposals and growth initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\nExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence and drive execution across complex, matrixed organisations.\nExperience working across multiple APAC markets is highly desirable.\nSuccess Measures:\nRevenue influenced through strategic opportunities.\nPipeline conversion and opportunity velocity.\nStrategic pitch and proposal win rate.\nAdoption of priority solutions and capabilities.\nGrowth of analytics, technology and AI-led offerings.\nDelivery of measurable client value and business outcomes.\nForecast accuracy and commercial performance against targets.\nStakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.\nLife at WPP Media & Benefits \nOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
