Working closely with clients, creators and internal stakeholders, you'll translate business objectives into culturally relevant influencer programs that drive meaningful results.\nYou'll also play a key leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of influencer specialists while ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence, innovation and commercial success.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead,mentoranddevelopateamofinfluencerexecutivesandcoordinators,fosteringacollaborative,high-performingculturewhilemanagingresources,workloadsandteamdevelopment.\n\nOverseetheend-to-enddeliveryofinfluencercampaigns,ensuringhighstandardsofquality,accuracyandclientsatisfactionacrossbriefing,creatorselection,execution,optimisationandreporting.\n\nActasakeyclientcontact,buildingtrustedrelationships,managingexpectationsandensuringcampaignsalignwithclientobjectivesandbroadermarketinggoals.\n\nContributetothedevelopmentandexecutionofinfluencermarketingstrategies,includingKPIsetting,budgetplanning,performancetrackingandnewbusinessopportunities.\n\nManagecampaignbudgetsandcommercialperformance,monitoringspend,optimisingresourcesandmaximisingROIacrossassignedcampaigns.\n\nOverseecampaignreportingandanalytics,deliveringactionableinsightsandrecommendationsthatdrivecontinuousimprovement,campaigneffectivenessandmeasurablebusinessoutcomes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years' experience in influencer, social media or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.\nStrong understanding of the creator economy, social platforms and influencer marketing best practice.\nDemonstrated experience managing campaigns from briefing through to reporting and optimisation.\nExcellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience managing campaign budgets.\nConfident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.\nHighly organised, proactive and
