This role involves overseeing large-scale media budgets, managing media teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure that media strategies align with the overall marketing goals. \nIdentify target audiences and determine the best media mix (digital, print, TV, OOH, radio, social) to reach and engage them effectively. \nWork on the media strategies and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that it is aligned with broader business goals, including product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional events. \nOversee the execution of large-scale media campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring timely and effective deployment of media across all channels. \nManage both in-house media buying and coordination with external agencies, ensuring flawless execution and delivery of campaigns. \nMonitor media plans and adjust strategies based on real-time performance data to maximize campaign effectiveness and optimize budget utilization. \nUse data-driven insights to continuously improve media plans and make informed recommendations for future campaigns. \nPresent campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients \nProvide strategic guidance to the media team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and encouraging innovation. \nSkills and Experience \nAt WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
