You will act as a key contact for clients, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed KPIs.\nDevelop and present media strategies and implementation plans to clients.\nOversee the day-to-day management of media campaigns, from briefing to post-campaign analysis.\nEnsure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on planning, operations, and optimization.\nWork with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations.\nKeep clients and the wider team updated on new digital trends and changes in the media landscape.\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign implementation.\nSkills and experience\nMust-have requirement: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or integrated media planning.\nStrong background with a strategic outlook and solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital/media platforms.\nHands-on experience with advertising technology platforms (e.g., ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager).\nHighly evolved presentation and reporting skills.\nDemonstrated experience in a client-facing role.\nAbility to coach and guide junior team members.\nA passion for data, insights, and ideation.\nLife at WPP Media & Benefits\nOur passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
