You will be responsible for driving performance excellence, ensuring operational accuracy, and delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making. \nThis role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on campaign expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment. \nKey Responsibilities: \nStrategy & Planning \nDevelop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with business objectives. \nCreate full-funnel media plans, including budget allocation, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting. \nIdentify growth opportunities and innovative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness. \nCampaign Management & Optimization \nOversee end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms. \nEnsure campaigns are set up accurately with proper tracking and measurement frameworks. \nMonitor daily performance and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and conversion rates. \nManage pacing and budgets to ensure zero overspend or underspend. \nPerformance Analysis & Reporting \nLead preparation of performance reports and review presentations. \nDeliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign data. \nConduct post-campaign analysis and document key learnings to improve future performance. \nClient & Stakeholder Management \nAct as the main point of contact for paid social matters. \nTranslate business objectives into clear and effective social strategies. \nPresent campaign performance and strategic recommendations confidently to stakeholders. \nTeam Leadership & Collaboration \nMentor and supervise junior team members to ensure high-quality execution. \nReview campaign setups and reporting outputs to maintain quality control. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, creative, analytics, and operations to ensure seamless campaign deployment. \nRequirements: \nBachelor’s degree in any discipline. \n3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns. \nStrong expertise in major social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.). \nExperience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures. \nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills. \nProficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). \nAbility to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. \nStrong interest in digital media, performance marketing, and audience strategy. \nAbout WPP Media \nWPP Media is WPP’s global media collective, bringing together world-class media agencies, talent, and capabilities.
