In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media’s shared core values:\nBe Extraordinary by Leading Collectively to Inspire transformational Creativity.\nCreate an Open environment by Balancing People and Client Experiences by Cultivating Trust.\nLead Optimistically by Championing Growth and Development to Mobilize the Enterprise.\nReporting of the role \nThis role reports to Biddable Social Manager \n3 best things about the job: \nGet to work in a truly integrated team handling 360 aspects for a brand \nWill work closely with the leading publishers such as Facebook, TikTok & Line \nGain hands-on experience and become a specialist in social media advertising across multiple platforms. \nMeasures of success \nIn three months: \nUnderstood the complete biddable media scenario on client’s business across social platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, LINE, X, and LinkedIn.)\nHandled day to day tasks / requirement effectively \nIn six months: \nOptimized implementation in all biddable media platforms\nRecommended and implemented best practice\n Explored and executed an innovation in one of the biddable media platforms \nIn 12 months: \nExceed client expectations in terms of biddable media implementation\nCreate a road-map for the next year. \nRole Summary and Impact \nManage real time bidding campaigns on multiple platforms for clients. \nSetup, monitor, report and analyze advertising campaigns to deliver on client KPIs\nStay updated with platform changes and new features through regular training, active research, attending webinars, and completing key certifications such as Meta Blueprint and other relevant online courses.\nTo be the custodian of your client's advertising presence on social platforms & the go-to-person on matters social.\nYou will become an advocate of your wider team's work and a trusted client partner by attend briefings and strategy sessions, building social ads designed to deliver business value and client KPIs.\nYou'll become a trusted client partner with your inherent knowledge of their business and how social can elevate brand and direct response messaging/outcomes based on their needs.\nKeep your client leads up to date on social best practices - content, platforms, and tools within the paid social ecosystem.\nParticipate in workshops, training sessions and team building events. \nSkills and Experience \n3 years of experience in digital advertising (experience in a biddable role is a plus).
