You will be immersed in one of our core biddable media areas (SEM/Social, Programmatic, or SEO), gaining practical skills and industry knowledge. The program provides a unique opportunity to work on live client projects and culminates in a capstone project where you will address a real-world business challenge and present your findings to leadership, making a tangible contribution to our team.\nCore Responsibilities:\nSpecialized Training & Development: Deep dive into a chosen specialization (Search/Social, Programmatic, or SEO), learning to develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns from scratch.\nCampaign Support: Assist the team with monitoring ongoing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports and insights.\nCapstone Project: Collaborate with a team of fellow interns to analyze a real-life business scenario, develop the strategy, and present your ideas and solutions to senior leaders at the end of the program.\nPlatform & Tool Expertise: Gain technical expertise through a combination of classroom training, e-learning modules, and on-the-job experience with industry-leading platforms and tools.\nSkills and Experience\nAt WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
