This individual acts as a bridge between client needs and the platform's capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience. The Product Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing project scope, and supporting the overall workspace delivery process.\nRole Requirements:\nPartnering with Agency/Clients: Collaborate with Agency/Client Leads to finalize project scope, ensuring alignment between agency/client needs and platform capabilities.\nNeeds Analysis: Conduct thorough internal gap analyses to identify discrepancies between the WPP Open platform's current capabilities and specific client requirements.\nFeature Request Management: Work closely with Professional Services Product Lead to capture and articulate requirements for new client features and platform enhancements.\nPlatform Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities of the WPP Open platform to agency/client teams through compelling live demos and video recordings.\nStakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders across agency/client teams to define workspace requirements, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.\nWorkspace Personalization: Where appropriate gather requirements for workspace personalization, including look and feel, widgets, content integration, and quick links.\nBranding & Theming: Collect theming and identity parameters such as colour palettes, brand books, and image libraries to ensure consistent branding within the workspace.\nDesign Collaboration: Work with the WPP Open design team to develop prototypes for homepages, hubs, and Learning Spaces, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.\nSign-off Management: Secure sign-off on homepage/hub/Learning Space designs from agency/client teams.\nCampaign Structure Mapping: Identify campaign structure and translate it into requirements for the Open Hierarchy structure within the platform.\nUser Management: Understand agency/client team structures and set up user groups and permissions to optimize platform utilization and collaboration.\nUse Case Documentation: Document agency/client use cases and acceptance criteria for the WPP Open platform, creating a valuable knowledge base for future reference.\nTool Configuration: Understand supported agency/client 3rd party tool requirements and ensure proper configuration within the WPP Open environment.\nWorkflow Mapping: Conduct ways-of-working workshops to identify end-to-end campaign processes for both agency and client teams, mapping these processes within the WPP Open workflow management system capabilities.\nProcess Visualization: Partner with the WPP design team to visualize campaign processes and create detailed process pages within the platform capabilities.\nApproval Process Implementation: Identify touchpoints between agency and client teams in workflow and implement streamlined approval processes within the platform capabilities.\nAdoption Support: Partner with the Adoption Lead to develop and execute UAT/Pilot/Adoption plans, including conducting live demo sessions during these phases.\nDesired Skills and Experiences:\nBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Technology).\n3+ years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.\nStrong understanding of digital marketing processes and technologies.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\nProven ability to gather and document requirements effectively.\nExperience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.\nProficiency in project management methodologies and tools.\nExperience with workflow management systems and process mapping.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExperience with platform implementations and user adoption strategies is a plus.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.\nOther:\nThis role may require occasional travel to client sites.\nThis role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.\nThe ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the success of the WPP Open platform.\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
