The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, have a strong command of cutting-edge AI tools, and possess advanced technical skills in editing. \nYou will be responsible for creating, adapting, and enhancing advertising materials such as animatics, using AI-driven image and video generation techniques, motion graphics, and VFX. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, directors, producers, and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand guidelines and project objectives. \nKey Responsibilities: \nContent Creation & Editing: \nCreate and animate AI images and videos \nEdit audiovisual advertising pieces using standard tools, AI tools and motion graphics. \nAdapt existing content to various durations, formats, and platforms (e.g., social media, TV, digital). \nDevelop visually compelling narratives that align with client goals and brand identity. \nAI Integration: \nLeverage generative AI tools (e.g., Runway, MidJourney, LTX, ComfyUI) to produce images, videos, and animations. \nExperiment with AI technologies to push creative boundaries and innovate within the post-production process. \nMotion Graphics & VFX: \nDesign and animate motion graphics for advertising campaigns. \nPerform tracking, compositing, and VFX integration to enhance visual storytelling. \nExecute color correction and grading to ensure consistent visual quality. \nPre-Production & Storyboarding: \nCollaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards, animatics, and audiovisual narrative direction. \nProject Management: \nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. \nEnsure all deliverables adhere to technical specifications and quality standards. \nRole Requirements: \nBachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience). \nProven experience as an audiovisual editor, preferably in advertising or corporate content. \nStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in editing, AI-generated content, and motion graphics. \nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). \nExperience with AI tools such as Runway, LTX, MidJourney, ComfyUI or similar platforms. \nUnderstanding of VFX workflows, including tracking, compositing, and color correction. \nKnowledge of audiovisual narrative direction, storyboarding, and animatics. \nAbility to adapt content to different formats and durations for diverse platforms. \nFamiliarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and post-production. \nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure. \nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. \nDesired Skills and Experiences: \nExpertise in storytelling and crafting engaging audiovisual narratives. \nExperience in both advertising and corporate editing environments. \nPassion for exploring new creative possibilities through AI and technology. \nAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. \nMultilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish and English) are required. \nSoftware Proficiency: \nEssential: \nAdobe Premiere Pro \nAdobe After Effects \nAdobe Photoshop \nRunway \nMidJourney \nLTX \nComfyUI \nAdditional Tools (Preferred): \nDaVinci Resolve (for color correction and grading) \nCinema 4D or Blender (for advanced motion graphics and 3D animation) \nOther generative AI platforms \nWhy work here: \n At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
