This role is hands-on and embedded within our Adobe Creative Suite-based production environment, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enabling scalable media operations.\nThe ideal candidate has strong experience in Adobe scripting, Python development, API integrations, and RPA/workflow automation tools, with prior exposure to media, content, or digital asset workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy workflow and process automation solutions to support content production and business operations\nBuild automations directly within Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)\nDevelop and maintain Adobe scripts using:\nExtendScript\nUXP\nAdobe APIs\nCreate Python-based automation scripts for:\nWorkflow orchestration\nAPI integrations\nReporting and data processing\nIntegrate Adobe tools with DAM, CMS, cloud platforms, and third-party services using REST APIs\nImplement RPA solutions using tools such as:\nMicrosoft Power Automate\nUiPath\nZapier or similar platforms\nAutomate asset routing, file handling, metadata updates, publishing, and reporting\nCollaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability\nDocument workflows, scripts, and automation logic for maintainability and knowledge sharing\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTechnical Skills\n2-7 years of experience in workflow/process automation or scripting roles\nStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Scripting (ExtendScript, UXP, Adobe APIs)\nProficiency in Python scripting for automation and API integrations\nExperience with workflow automation / RPA tools, such as:\nPower Automate\nUiPath\nZapier\nOther low-code/no-code automation platforms\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms\nExperience automating media workflows, creative operations, or digital asset management\nFamiliarity with version control systems (Git preferred\nNice to Have\nExperience in media production, publishing, marketing operations, or creative studios\nExposure to DAM, CMS, or MAM systems\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)\nBasic understanding of JavaScript/Node.js\nExperience with workflow monitoring, logging, or reporting systems\nWhy work here:\nAt WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
