You will operate in a fast-paced, creative environment, producing high-quality visuals, concepts, guidelines, and print-ready artwork across multiple formats for global brands.\nYou will ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, quality expectations, and production deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.\nKey Responsibilities\nInterpret and manage briefs from internal and external stakeholders.\nDevelop creative concepts and execute creative expansion across multiple asset types.\nProduce high-quality visuals and convert concepts into print-ready artwork.\nDeliver artwork, layouts, and executional retouching across a wide range of media and formats.\nCollaborate closely with print production teams, clients, account management teams, and wider WPP Production stakeholders.\nEnsure all communications, collateral, and assets remain on-brand and aligned with client guidelines.\nDeliver consistently high-quality work within agreed timelines and deadlines.\nProactively identify and resolve production and artwork-related challenges.\nRespond promptly to stakeholder requests and provide status updates where required.\nFollow established workflows, processes, and best practices using relevant production technologies.\nApply accessibility standards and guidelines across digital and print materials.\nSupport colour testing, structured reader setup, and accessible document creation.\nParticipate in team meetings, workflow discussions, workload planning, and issue resolution activities.\nMaintain compliance with WPP Production policies, procedures, and quality standards.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience working within creative studios, artwork production environments, or print production agencies.\nStrong experience in creative expansion, visualization, artwork production, and print-ready asset creation.\nSound understanding of print production processes, colour management, and accessible document creation.\nExperience in executional retouching and image manipulation.\nExcellent layout, typography, and visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAdvanced proficiency in Mac-based creative production environments.\nExpert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including:Adobe InDesign\nAdobe Photoshop\nAdobe Illustrator\n\nAdvanced PowerPoint presentation design and production skills.\nAdvanced Adobe Acrobat skills.\nExperience producing artwork for:Magazines\nNewspapers\nOut-of-Home (OOH) advertising\nBrochures\nPrint collateral\nSocial media static assets\nMarketing and campaign materials\n\nStrong understanding of accessibility requirements and best practices.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to provide clear feedback and effectively communicate challenges and solutions.\nFluent spoken and written English.\nCore Competencies\nCreative Artwork & Production\nProduce accurate, high-quality artwork across print and digital channels while adhering to brand standards.\nLayout & Typography\nApply strong design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy to create impactful communications.\nPrint Production Knowledge\nUnderstand print specifications, colour management, file preparation, and production processes.\nAccessibility Compliance\nApply accessibility standards and best practices to both digital and printed materials.\nAttention to Detail\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all creative deliverables.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork effectively with clients, project managers, account teams, and production teams.\nTime Management\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.\nCommunication\nClearly communicate requirements, feedback, risks, and project updates to relevant stakeholders.\nNice to Have\nAdvanced retouching and image visualization expertise.\nExperience supporting global brands and multinational client accounts.\nExperience developing accessibility-compliant documentation.\nKnowledge of structured reader setups and accessible PDF production.\nExperience working within large-scale creative production or marketing services organizations.\nExposure to both print and digital asset production environments.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience within large advertising agencies, creative studios, marketing production environments, or global content production teams.\nExperience managing artwork production for international and multi-market campaigns.\nExperience supporting high-volume creative production workflows.\nWhy work here: \n At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
