What does a Create Lead at WPP Production do?

We are seekinga highly creative and driven Creative Team Lead to inspire and manage a team of talented designers, copywriters, and other creatives. You will be responsible foroverseeing the creative development and execution of high-impact campaigns for our prestigious clients. This role demands a strong understanding of brand strategy, visual communication, and the ability to translate marketing objectivesinto compelling creative solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design Direction: Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and overall strategic objectivesand work closely with Art Director / Brand-guardian team. 
• Team Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identifyopportunities for professional development. 
• Client Collaboration: Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients, presenting creative concepts, addressing feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction. 
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
• Innovation & Inspiration: Stay up-to-dateon industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Encourage experimentation and innovation within the team. 
• Quality Control: Review and approve all creative deliverables, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. 
• Brand Stewardship: Develop a deep understanding of client brands and ensure all creative work accurately reflects theirvalues and messaging. 

 KeyResponsibilities:   

• Bachelor'sdegreeinDesign,Advertising,Marketing,orarelatedfield. 
• 5+yearsofexperienceinacreativeleadershiprole,preferablywithinanagencysetting. 
• Proventrackrecordofdevelopingandexecutingsuccessfulmarketingcampaignsforworld-classbrands. Strong portfolio showcasinga diverse range of creative work. 
• Excellentcommunication,presentation,andinterpersonalskills. 
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslyandprioritizeeffectively. Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, Figmaand GEN AI.
