WPP Production is part of WPP, the creative transformation company.\nWhat does a Digital Project Manager do at WPP Production?\nAs a Digital Project Manager, you will sit at the intersection of clients, creative teams, and technology, ensuring that complex digital projects are delivered successfully, on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations across global markets.\nYou will lead end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, CMS, and localization projects while coordinating with globally distributed teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end delivery of web applications, mobile applications, and CMS-based website projects.\nPartner with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party agencies to ensure seamless project execution.\nDeliver large-scale global master website and localization projects.\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.\nCoordinate globally distributed project teams and ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.\nFacilitate project planning, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.\nWork closely with development, creative, QA, and content teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nUtilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Office 365.\nSupport content migration, content management, and content loading activities within CMS platforms.\nEnsure projects meet quality standards, accessibility guidelines, and client expectations.\nDrive Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and best practices.\nIdentify and proactively mitigate project risks and dependencies.\nManage client relationships and provide excellent client servicing throughout project execution.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of project management and client servicing experience within digital delivery environments.\nProven experience delivering web applications, mobile applications, and CMS-based website projects.\nStrong experience working within complex digital ecosystems and decoupled technology environments.\nExperience collaborating with third-party agencies and external stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM platforms.\nExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Drupal is preferred.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Smartsheet, and MS Project.\nExperience managing large-scale global website rollouts and localization projects.\nUnderstanding of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies and testing processes.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards and digital compliance requirements.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nPassion for digital technologies, online platforms, and emerging digital trends.\nCore Competencies\nScope Management\nDefine, control, and manage project scope to ensure agreed deliverables are successfully completed.\nTime Management\nManage project schedules, task sequencing, dependencies, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.\nCost Management\nPlan, estimate, track, and control project budgets, resources, and reconciliation activities.\nQuality Management\nEnsure project outputs meet client expectations, quality standards, and best practices.\nResource Management\nAlign and manage globally distributed teams, roles, responsibilities, and workloads.\nCommunication Management\nFacilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.\nRisk Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.\nAgile / Scrum Delivery\nApply Scrum and Agile methodologies to improve project delivery and team collaboration.\nClient Servicing\nBuild trusted client relationships and manage client expectations throughout delivery.\nOrganization & Planning\nPrioritize multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of execution.\nNice to Have\nCross-office and international project management experience.\nExperience working within large digital or creative agencies.\nCopywriting and technical documentation experience.\nTest management and QA execution experience.\nExperience managing mobile application builds and releases.\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.\nExperience delivering CRM integration projects.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience within large digital, marketing, creative production, or advertising agencies.\nExperience supporting global enterprise clients and large-scale digital transformation programs.\nProven success managing global accounts and multi-market digital delivery engagements.\nWhy work here: \n At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
