For more information, visit WPP.com.\nWhat does a Lead Program Manager do at WPP Production?\nThe Lead Program Manager supervises the preparation and output of all content used in Interactive for product launches and updates. The Lead Program Manager has hands on Program Management experience with extensive experience leading a team of program managers. Core responsibilities will include workflow oversight and process development, load balancing of projects across the team and collaboration with our client partner.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssign projects to Program Management team\nInput into the client quarterly planning process\nEnsures all work produced is of the highest quality\nCollaborates with internal WPP Productions counterparts and client partners to understand timelines and ensure resources are always available\nProvides Interactive production strategy and planning for upcoming launches and updates to ensure production capabilities are understood and considered\nParticipate in project kick offs, content meetings, reviews and other project-based meetings as needed\nResponsible for the quality of all assets before handing off\nInput into performance management and career development for the Program Management team\nActively participates in attracting top talent and employee retention\nContinually looks for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation and new technology\nLeads by example and participates in culture development and management\nSupport and motivate the team\nRemains current on technology and trends in Interactive.\nRequirements\n5+ years Project Management experience and people leadership experience Requires a minimum bachelor’s degree in business, project management, design, or a related field.\nProven success managing a production studio in an agency or marketing communications environment.\nPrior experience growing and leading a team of project managers or producers.\nSolid understanding of file specifications; resolution, color space and other technical requirements of assets needed for print image production.\nExperience using the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.\nExperience in project management or content management systems such as JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, or similar software.\nProficiency in both PC and client software and operating systems.\nPrevious agency experience specifically working on global brands preferred.\nPrevious experience in print production preferred\nWhy work here: \n At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
