We're looking for someone who gets that.\nWe're hiring a Motion Designer to join our team in Dhaka, working primarily on video content for global brands, delivered at scale across markets and languages. Every version we build needs to feel as considered as the original, so the role is as much about judgment and craft as it is about output.\nYou'll turn storyboards and brand assets into finished animation, with a sharp eye for timing, easing, and pacing, and solid editing and color grading skills. Understanding how storyboards, pacing, framing, and visual flow work will serve you well here. It's often what separates technically competent animation from animation that genuinely connects.\nIf precision, pacing, and getting the small details right matter to you, this role is built around exactly that.\nThe position will be offered at either the Motion Designer or Senior Motion Designer level, depending on your experience, portfolio, and creative capabilities.\nThe Work\nTurn creative briefs, storyboards, design layouts, and brand assets into polished motion graphics and animation.\nCraft 2D animation, kinetic typography, transitions, and visual effects with close attention to timing, easing, and pacing.\nAnimate interfaces and digital products through UI animation, micro-interactions, and product walkthroughs.\nEdit video footage, integrating graphics, typography, music, and sound into cohesive final content.\nApply color correction and grading to maintain the right tone, mood, and visual consistency.\nAdapt master creative across languages, markets, sizes, and formats without losing what made the original work.\nPrepare final content for different platforms and aspect ratios, including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, social media, digital advertising, and broadcast.\nBuild and maintain reusable After Effects project templates, motion graphics templates (.mogrt), and organized asset libraries.\nCollaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders on creative direction, brand guidelines, and delivery requirements.\nApply internal and client feedback thoughtfully and accurately through each round of refinement.\nCheck every version against the approved creative and copy for visual, content, and technical accuracy before delivery.\nManage render queues, resolve technical issues, and keep project files clean and organized.\nWhat You'll Need\n5 years of experience as a Motion Designer or AFX Editor in an agency, production studio, or in-house creative team. Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate strong fundamentals and sound creative judgment.\nPortfolio featuring finished work that shows your skills, contribution, and range.\nStrong, hands-on skills in Adobe After Effects, including keyframing, masking, rotoscoping, tracking, and compositing.\nWorking knowledge of Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted video generation, editing, and enhancement tools.\nSolid understanding of motion-design principles, including timing, easing, pacing, composition, and visual rhythm.\nGood foundation in graphic design, layout, typography, and color.\nUnderstanding of the complete video-production process, from storyboarding and asset preparation through editing, audio, color grading, rendering, and delivery.\nInterpret feedback accurately and apply it without losing the original creative intent.\nWork closely with designers, project managers, and other motion designers to deliver consistent, high-quality work.\nConfident, independent communicator, able to understand requirements and work effectively with international clients and stakeholders.\nComfortable supporting multiple projects at the same time without compromising quality.\nAdditional Skills\nExperience with Cinema 4D or Blender would be a strong advantage.\nFamiliarity with After Effects plugins such as Trapcode Suite, Element 3D, or Optical Flares would also be valuable.\nConsidering the nature of the work, strong communication skills and flexibility to work across different shifts are essential for supporting international clients effectively.
