Working closely with our production team, you will be involved in every stage of the process - from pre-production planning to on-set execution - ensuring our shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.\nThis role is ideal for someone eager to learn the operational side of content production, with a passion for detail, problem-solving, and supporting creative teams in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate schedules for talent, crew, and production resources.\nMaintain and update equipment lists; assist with equipment preparation and organization.\nSupport location scouting, securing permits, and preparing logistical documentation.\nSource, purchase, and organize props for shoots.\nAct as a production runner for on-set needs, including errands and deliveries.\nHandle general administrative tasks during shoots (e.g., call sheets, release forms, catering coordination).\nAssist with post-shoot wrap-up, including inventory checks and returns.\nCommunicate effectively with production leads to anticipate and resolve logistical challenges.\nQualifications\nStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.\nProactive, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.\nFoundational understanding of film or video production processes (e.g., coursework, film school, or relevant projects).\nComfortable using scheduling tools and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).\nWillingness to handle diverse logistical tasks, including errands and hands-on support.\nPositive attitude and collaborative spirit in a team environment.\nWhat You’ll Gain\nDirect exposure to the production process for high-volume, social-first content.\nMentorship from experienced producers and coordinators.\nExperience working with talent, crew, and creative teams.\nOpportunities to build industry contacts and expand your production skill set.\nA portfolio of hands-on production experience to support future career opportunities.\nWhy work here: \n At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
