For more information, visit WPP.com.\nYOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL\nThe Production Coordinator is embedded in WPP Production's Sydney-based primary production team. \nThe Production Coordinator is an entry level role providing a great professional opportunity to build competence in all facets of advertising and marketing content projects, including but not limited to integrated communications, motion, photography, ecom, social, OOH, and digital production. \nAs a Production Coordinator, you support more senior members of the Production team to execute their projects that deliver over and beyond, and that add real value to our client and agency partners. You also have hands-on input into smaller scale projects, contributing from start to delivery, with guidance from more senior Producers. \nThe Production Coordinator is responsible for contributing to day to day production workflows and processes - building awareness on the how and why that the workflows are adhered to, defined, and communicated, with a focus on administrative tasks across production and finance systems. \nWith an understanding of content and advertising production processes, you will be motivated, results orientated and be confident in using good judgement in all decisions and actions and is committed to delivering on all tasks that have been delegated to you. \nWorking with a team of industry experts, the role represents a great opportunity for an aspiring production assistant or coordinator to gain hands-on experience in a fast moving creative environment, with exposure to experienced mentors. \nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nYou'll be responsible for supporting the Producer Team in relation to project documentation, including creation of supplier records, purchase orders, estimates, project schedules and resourcing, as well as co-ordinating Material Instructions for all projects across the team. \nYou'll have direct exposure to small and medium-sized productions across all forms of media including tv commercials, social, print and digital; with production knowledge at a beginner level, you'll be able to understand and interpret technical production terminology, techniques, and processes. \nIn terms of process support, you'll respond in a timely fashion to requests from internal and external stakeholders in regards to all aspects of project delivery (costs, timings, quality of output, change requests, risks, etc.) \nABOUT YOU\nIdeally some exposure to or experience in agency or studio environments that produce advertising content, content marketing, or a related field, with a strong depth of proficiency across various forms of media (marketing content, photography, integrated communications, post, social, OOH).\nExcellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise simultaneous demands and adapt / respond appropriately. \nEarly stage depth in project management skills, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and client expectation management.\nInterest in building experience in production finance - creating estimates and POs, tracking budgets, and understanding of the importance of maintaining project profitability.\nUnderstanding of the post-production pipeline (edit, colour grading, audio, packaging, delivery).\nCollaborative mindset, with experience working with creative, strategy, client delivery, and post-production teams.\nA keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality output across all projects.\nA proactive, positive, and constructive approach to feedback and team collaboration.\nAn interest in staying current with industry trends, insights, and innovations in content production\nInterest in and/or experience working within in a creative, production or advertising based business\nProficient in EXCEL and able to help manage spreadsheets, schedules and data \nOUR VALUES\nTogether, our people give us the edge.
