For more information, visit WPP.com.\nRole summary:\nThis Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of diverse content, from web and social to video and print, across multiple standard and proprietary platforms, both online and in-store. The role requires extensive experience managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across internal marketing, creative, and production departments as well as external vendors ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget and to ever exacting standards. \nWe are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can handle ambiguity, has a keen eye for detail and brings not only tangible market experience but, a passion for problem solving. The ideal candidate has a natural curiosity for all things related to popular culture and has a passion for creative pursuits be that in arts and design, music, film-making, photography or coding. \nKey responsibilities:\nCreate, maintain and own project resourcing for all projects, including project assignments, capacity, and change management.\nOwn the client-side creative briefs including managing design reviews, capturing key ideas, decisions, issues and action items. \nLead Client comms and presentations on scope, project or alignment initiatives\nPOR ownership through planning for respective GEO and maintenance with up to date information on scope, deadlines and any other changes\nGlobal coordination in collaboration with other GEOs\nOwn and maintain function workflows and processes, with continual efficiencies and improvements in mind. \nDocumentation creation and presentation for both internal and external stakeholders\nAn advocate within the brand for overall quality, ensuring all content is produced to the highest quality standards.\nNegotiate and manage priorities for the WPP Production team against resource capacity and various schedules. \nFacilitate relationships between external and internal partners, ensuring up-to-date information is communicated.\nMaintain expert-level familiarity with program content. \nManage scope of content and communicate scope and timing fluctuations to all stakeholders.\nAbility to make sound decisions, think strategically, focus on detail, problem-solve and multi-task.\nMust possess exceptional organization, time management, excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize.\nEye for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.\nContinually staying informed of industry trends and ways of working, with a lens on how to implement across our work \nMay require working with commercial and reporting \nMay require line people management in GEO or offshore\nRequirements:\n+7 years managing the content production cycle within internal communication, digital/social media marketing, PR/advertising agency or digital news agency environment.\nExperience working with international and regional peers to manage regional communication production.\nDynamic, agile and driven.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask projects, priorities, schedules and deliverables.\nExceptional organisation and interpersonal skills.\nExpert at driving the production and publication process across creative and planning teams, aligning stakeholders and solving for challenges.\nAbility to be resourceful, adaptable and results-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.\nSuperior written and verbal communication to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.\nExperienced working closely with retained agency, designers, writers and cross-functional partners. \nAbility to define requirements, clarify design goals, manage design reviews and ensure a quality release of the final product.\n#LI-Perm #LI-JK\nWhy work here: \n At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
