If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.\nThe Role: \nThe Senior Interactive Project Manager (SPM) works closely with the Clients Interactive Producers to implement campaigns in the assigned region. The SPM is expected to lead and manage digital projects while bringing together a multi-disciplinary team comprisingof internal and external resources as required. He/she needs to provide an optimuminteractive solution for the client that answers the brief within all the necessary specified style and technical guidelines. \nThis person will work closely with Front-End Developers, Production Designers and QA Engineers on a day-to-day basis and will also need to engage with other cross-functional teams of project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. \nThe Senior Interactive PM’s primary task is to lead his/her team and that includes creating structure and processes that support the development of excellent work. He/Shewill manage quarterly planning efforts to align resources and funding, to prioritize, manage budgets, distribute workload, and personnel management. \nKey Responsibilities: \nSet and manage client expectations while coordinating and ensuring all parties follow the agreed workflows \nBuild strong, trusting relationships with all key stakeholders, function leads, cross-functional project managers, senior managers, and third-party vendors that are directly involved with the work \nManage the approval of quarterly budgets, flagging important budget fluctuations to the client and line manager \nDraft, prepare and present timelines, documents, and presentations and reports both to the client and to the team \nEnsure that the line manager is always aware of all client issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation \nEnsure your account consistently delivers against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs \nAct as a brand QC/Guardian - always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed \nKeep the Head of interactiveand the Project Directorinformed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecasts \nOrganizeteamwork, create balanced work scheduleand ensure people are able todeliver results \nIdentifytraining requirements for team members to ensure their adherence to processes and workflow \nPlan resources for overseas projects and inform talent manager and line manager of new recruitment needs \nPlan, prepare and implement the induction of new starters \nRequirements: \nA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8years solid Project Management experience in a similar capacity \nVery highcompetence in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Omniplan \nExtensive experience in costing, quotationsand project scope definition \nExcellent communication skills to different target groups within the project team, managementand clients \nEnsure understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements and SLAs of the accounts and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant \nAnalytical and detailed in project documentation, accountabilityand tracking \nPragmatic, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills \nUnderstanding of brands and brand challenges \nThe ability to function productively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment \nHigh levelof IT literacy, including use of spreadsheets \nStrong numeracy skills \nSupport HOI/PDand FD in revenue forecasting on an ongoing basis \nKeep HOI/PDand FD informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecasts \nEnsure full compliance with all financial procedure and policies \nPrioritization, time management, and attention to detail \nResilience and ability to work under pressure \nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal English \nStrong interpersonal skills \nHighly organized, detail oriented, customer focused, and proactive \nPossess technical understanding of mobile and web technologies necessary to run projects and convey details. Examples would be: \niOS and Android development \nCloud computing \nHTML5/CSS/JavaScript \neCommerce/Shopping Carts \nSocial Media Strategies/Platforms \nFamiliarity with creative production and development tools is always an advantage.
