For more information, visit WPP.com.\nWhat Does a VFX Production Coordinator Do at WPP Production?\nWe are looking for an experienced and proactive VFX Production Coordinator to manage and streamline production workflows, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and timely delivery of shots and sequences while maintaining quality standards.\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of VFX pipelines, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to keep multiple teams and projects moving efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate daily production activities across Matchmove, Layout, Animation, FX, CFX, Lighting, Rendering, and Compositing.\nManage shot tracking, production schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.\nWork closely with artists, supervisors, department leads, and clients to track progress, communicate updates, and manage feedback.\nMonitor shot statuses, identify production bottlenecks, and proactively resolve workflow challenges.\nTrack dependencies between departments to ensure smooth pipeline progression.\nIdentify potential production risks, flag delays, and escalate issues when required.\nPrepare and maintain daily/weekly production reports, trackers, and delivery records.\nEnsure clear communication across departments and keep production teams aligned with project priorities.\nSupport production planning and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined quality expectations.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5 - 8 years of relevant experience in VFX production coordination.\nGood understanding of end-to-end VFX pipelines and shot-based production workflows.\nFamiliarity with production tracking tools such as ShotGrid, ftrack, or similar platforms.\nGood working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.\nStrong communication, organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple sequences, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.\nProactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience working on feature films, OTT projects, episodic content, or commercials.\nExposure to multi-department VFX workflows and large-scale productions.\nExperience coordinating with international teams and clients is an added advantage.\nWhy work here: \n At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
