For more information, visit WPP.com.\nThe role\n We are looking for a Freelance Web Graphic Designer with expertise in Photoshop for website production. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the interactive space and its production requirements including resolution and outputs. In addition, candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple servers, organized, undaunted by working under tight deadlines, and have a keen eye for image quality.\nKey responsibilities:\nUpdate product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps, and output web graphics\nStructure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient production and localization workflows using slices, smart objects, and layer comps\nReview final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are flawless\nTrack and check-in web graphics and visual assets using a version control system\nEnsure project deadlines are met and with accurate file handoffs for localization\nSupport training of newer team members\nRequirements:\n3-5 years experience in a hands-on, high-volume web or HTML email design and publishing environment (or equivalent)\nPhotoshop expertise, particularly setting up files for web production and adhering to graphic design standards\nExcellent design and typography sensibilities applicable to web pages and HTML email\nFamiliarity with Sketch and GiT\nSolid standards-based HTML, CSS, and general web publishing knowledge\nHighly detail oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel\nThrives in a challenging, fast-paced web publishing workplace\nSelf-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills\nEstablishes rapport and collaborates easily with designers and web developers\nAble to adhere to a consistent graphic production and checkin process, while also identifying opportunities for improvement\nResourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude\nWhy work here: \n At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
