We're looking for a Project Analyst (Value & Delivery) to join our Enterprise AI team, helping turn data, insight and experimentation into meaningful business outcomes.
This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of technology, data and business value. You'll own the licence, utilisation and adoption data that underpins executive decision-making, while also helping shape WPP's understanding of emerging AI capabilities through hands-on testing, analysis and prototyping.
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable reconciling large, complex datasets as they are exploring a new AI feature, building a proof of concept or translating a business challenge into a practical solution. What you'll be doing
- Own and maintain licence, adoption and utilisation datasets across Microsoft 365, HR and tenant data sources, ensuring information is accurate, reconciled and audit-ready.
- Build and automate reporting and analysis processes using tools such as Viva Insights, Power BI, Power Query and Microsoft 365 data sources.
- Support the measurement of AI adoption and value, helping develop the evidence base behind business outcomes and benefits reporting.
- Maintain licence, cost and funding models, providing insight that informs investment and adoption decisions.
- Design and build automations, prototypes and proof-of-concepts using tools including Python, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Microsoft Graph.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities and demonstrate practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Evaluate newly released AI products and capabilities, turning technical developments into clear recommendations and actionable insights for WPP.
- Support the operation of the WPP Frontier Lab, helping assess, test and prioritise emerging technologies.
- Execute pilots and user testing activities, capturing evidence, documenting findings and validating outcomes before recommendations are made.
- Contribute to executive reporting by turning complex data into clear, credible and decision-ready insights.
What we're looking for
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources and transforming them into accurate, trusted insights.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality.
- Advanced Excel capability and experience working with reporting, analytics or business intelligence tools.
- A natural curiosity about AI, technology and emerging products, combined with the ability to assess their practical business value.
- Experience building automations, workflows, reports, prototypes or proof-of-concepts using modern technology platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to frame solutions around business needs rather than technical features.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels, from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Viva Insights or Microsoft 365 adoption and analytics.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, Dataverse or Microsoft Graph.
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting and automation tools.
- Microsoft AZ-900, DP-900 or equivalent cloud and data certifications.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, adoption, analytics or business change programmes.
