Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to oversee data enablement for key clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing strategic data vendor relationships and accelerating their growth within a global organization, while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and deliver new initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing revenue pacing against targets, building and scaling workflows for data accessibility, and overseeing contractual requirements. A strong project manager, they will confidently engage and mobilize teams across the organization to drive execution and deliver impactful results.
What you'll be doing:
Strategic Vendor Management
- Manage strategic data vendors and accelerate their growth across WPP.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and WPP, project managing and aligning stakeholders for new initiatives.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Manage and maintain pacing of revenue alongside the Open Audiences team to ensure delivery against targets.
Workflow & Product Enablement
- Build and maintain workflows of data accessibility across WPP tools, including scoping product requirements to scale data assets.
Contractual Oversight
- Manage and maintain contractual relationships and requirements with data vendors.
Cross-Functional Engagement
- Be the sole person responsible for engaging the right teams across the organization to execute new deliverables.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in a leadership role focused on data enablement, vendor management, or partnership operations.
- Strong understanding of contractual processes and legal requirements associated with data partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective operational processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
