You will also be involved in the implementation of new technology and development of existing processes.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nManage and review all US indirect tax filings (Sales & Use Tax).\nProvide excellent service to multiple US companies.\nAbility to multitask and be involved in ad-hoc projects as needed.\nResearch and provide technical advice regarding indirect tax questions raised by US companies in a quick and efficient manner.\nSupervise, mentor, and develop staff members.\nMonitor US indirect taxes legislative and regulatory changes and assessment of impact to required filings.\nResponsible for monthly accruals and reconciliation of indirect tax accounts.\nHandle and respond to notices and assist with tax audits including analyzing various transactions for auditor inquiries and gathering of requested data.\nWork with Indirect Tax team members to determine economic nexus and required registrations for all US companies.\nCollaborate with 3rd party vendor and technology teams in the implementation of a tax engine.\nWhat you'll need:\nA minimum of five years of experience in US indirect tax compliance (US Sales & Use Tax)\nThe ideal candidate will be an experienced problem solver with excellent writing and communication skills in English.\nPrior Indirect Tax management and Tax compliance experience using Tax software.\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills.\nWho you are:\nYou're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
