This is an opportunity to contribute to a function that is embracing innovation, including automation and emerging technologies, to drive greater efficiency and impact.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nManaging and reviewing international tax compliance and reporting for foreign subsidiaries (e.g. Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.)\nPartnering with colleagues across global offices to coordinate and gather information for compliance\nMaintaining and enhancing Excel models used for complex group calculations (e.g. GILTI, Sec. 987, Subpart F)\nEnsuring all filings are audit-ready, standardised, and appropriately documented\nIdentifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve tax compliance processes\nSupporting and contributing to the adoption of AI and technology within the tax function\nUsing tax technology tools to improve efficiency and accuracy\nReviewing and maintaining the Group’s organisational structures and charts\nSupporting the preparation and completion of year-end tax provisions for U.S.-owned foreign entities\nContributing to tax planning and transactional projects\nProviding support to the Senior Tax Manager and wider team on key priorities\n\nCollaborating with and supporting offshore tax teams, including colleagues based in India\n\nWhat you’ll need\nA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nA professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, or similar is beneficial but not essential\nExperience in international tax, ideally within public accounting or a global organisation\nKnowledge of global tax compliance and reporting requirements\nExperience working with shared service or offshore teams is helpful\nFamiliarity with U.S. international tax rules and/or foreign tax regimes\nExperience using tax compliance or provision systems (e.g. Corptax)\nUnderstanding of financial statements and book-to-tax adjustments\nConfidence working with Excel and large datasets\nWho you are:\nYou're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
