Role Overview:
アートディレクターは、BEATチームにおいてデジタル領域全体のビジュアル設計およびアートディレクションを担い、ブランド体験とユーザー体験の質を最大化する役割を担います。ブランド戦略やビジネス目標、UX設計を理解した上で、Web、CRM、Paidmedia、各種キャンペーンのデジタルタッチポイントにおけるクリエイティブに落とし込みます。コピーライター、UI/UXプランナー、デザイナー、プロデューサーと密に連携し、成果につながる一貫性のあるデジタルクリエイティブを実現します。
Key Responsibilities:
デジタル全体のビジュアル設計・アートディレクション デジタルクリエイティブ全体のビジュアルコンセプト設計およびアートディレクション
キャンペーン横断のデザイン方針策定 Web、CRM、Paid Media などキャンペーン全般におけるデザイン方針の策定
デザイナーへのディレクションと品質レビュー デザイナーへのディレクションおよびレビュー
コピー・UXと連動した表現設計 コピーライターやUI/UXプランナーとの連携による表現統合
クライアントへのクリエイティブ説明・提案 クライアントへのデザイン意図説明・プレゼンテーション
Desired Skills & Experience:
デジタル領域でのアートディレクション実務経験 デジタル領域（Web、CRM、Paid Media、各種キャンペーン）でのアートディレクション経験
ブランド理解に基づくビジュアル設計力 ブランドガイドラインを踏まえたビジュアル設計およびクオリティ管理の実務経験
UX/UI理解とデザイン判断力 UX/UIの基本理解とユーザー行動を考慮したデザイン判断力
主要デザインツールの使用スキル Figma、Adobe Creative Cloud などのデザインツール使用経験
チームワークとコミュニケーション力 チームでの制作経験と円滑なコミュニケーション力
日本語・英語での業務遂行能力 日本語と英語でビジネスレベルで業務ができること。特に英語においては、クライアントやオフショア先のクリエイティブスタッフと英語でのやり取りが多いためビジネスレベルを必要とします。
対面コミュニケーションを重視した働き方 週3回以上の出社を基本とし、社内メンバーと日常的にコミュニケーションを取れる方
