This role will be critical in scaling local markets Data Strategies Globally\nYou are:\nA data leader with strong experience in partnerships and platform ecosystems with a robust knowledge of the AdTech industry\nCommercially minded, with experience negotiating and managing strategic partnerships\nSkilled at navigating complex, cross-functional environments and influencing senior stakeholders\nExperienced in navigating cross functional conversations to deliver exceptional client value\nA strong operator, able to drive both strategic initiatives and execution\nCollaborative, driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity\nWhat you'll be doing:\nStrategic Leadership & Vision:\nDefine and execute Global priorities for platform partnerships\nWork closely with Investment to understand priorities and new solution offerings\nProvide strategic leadership and oversight for all platform partnership activities, anticipating future data and technology needs. This role is focused on Data Supply from the Media Owner Ecosystem\nLead all local teams and set framework processes to enable growth in each market\nPosition WPP as the premier partner for innovative data.\nIntegration & Innovation:\nBe a thought leader for Data Enablement across WPP working closely with DTA to understand Global needs and product enhancements\nDrive the development of agentic workflows that simplify data access and integration, reducing reliance on multiple applications and streamlining operations.\nIdentify and scale client adoption of Data Products across WPP\nWhat you'll need:\nSignificant experience in data partnerships, licensing, or data-driven platform ecosystems\nProven track record of identifying, negotiating and scaling strategic partnerships\nStrong commercial acumen and experience managing complex agreements\nExperience working across cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations\nAbility to align global strategy with local market execution\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills\nDriven, collaborative, and comfortable working in both structured and ambiguous environments\nWho you are:\nYou're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
