By standardising core processes, improving data quality and enabling better insights, Workday supports consistent ways of working, stronger governance and future-ready capabilities, while creating the foundation for scalable change, automation and AI-enabled decision making across WPP. \nIn this role you will be a member of the Workday Services team supporting and enhancing our existing Workday deployment, this role will grow as we further deploy and expand our Workday PSA and integrated applications for both coverage geographically and capability. \nReporting to the Workday PSA Product Manager this role is responsible for providing a world class level of technical and process knowledge to support issues as they arise and lead the solution development and deployment of enhancements enabling our users to drive more value from our Workday solution. \nWorking hand in hand with the wider Workday Services team and our Workday partners you will build relationships with our process owners, SSC and stakeholders as a source of expertise and support in Workday PSA and integrated applications (Zimit, Dayshape, Monday.com). \nThe Workday Services team provides the post go-live support and enhancement of the Workday solution that replaces some of our core technology and influences our ways of working for many of our colleagues at WPP. \nWhat you'll be doing:\nBe the WPP subject matter expert on Workday PSA and integrated applications \nBuild the capability to make changes without support from our Workday partners \nResolve assigned tickets for Workday PSA and integrated applications \nDevelop assigned enhancements from concept to delivery working with other functional Workday resources \nMaintain expertise on new functionality/features/capabilities in Workday and wider industry/PSA/technology trends \nExpert in the art of the possible with Workday and providing creative solutions \nSafeguard global design standards and principles against competing requests for change \nMake recommendations for continuous improvement including using technologies such as AI and RPA \nWho you'll be working with:\nThe Workday PSA Lead will report to the Workday Finance & PSA Lead and liaise with colleagues across the global Workday team.\nWhat you'll need:\nMinimum 7-10 years global ERP support experience in a complex organization and ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively to meet customer expectations \nStrong technical knowledge of configuration, reporting and integrations in Workday \nOutstanding understanding of professional services processes and systems in a global organisation \nTeam leadership and mentoring a growing team \nStrong ability to inspire, engage, and coach a diverse team of direct reports and create an inclusive culture across geographical boundaries \nDevelop trusted relationships with key stakeholders in IT and cross the wider WPP business, investing time to understand their needs, and helping to breakdown any siloes or resistance to deliver desired business outcomes \nCreative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills both with technical and non-technical audiences \nWho you are:\nYou're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
