The role would suit an experienced coach / HGV driver. For this role, there are a number of shift times needed to be covered over 35 hours per week and the Coach Driver will need to be flexible to meet these needs. \n\nCritical purpose of role:\nTo ensure the safe and efficient transportation of Wren Employees to and from work in the Hull Area \nTo ensure fleet compliance and health and safety standards are adhered to and continuously improved\nTo adhere to EU Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations\nSafety all passengers at all times \nMain responsibilities:\nCarry out daily pre-user checks ensuring vehicle is roadworthy at all times\nCollect staff early AM and drop off mid-afternoon for beginning and end of shift \nEnsure the vehicle is driven in accordance with all road traffic legislation including speed limits\nDrive in an economic and defensive manner\nEnsure the coach is kept clean and tidy inside and out \nAlways present yourself - smartly dressed and polite to passengers \nEnsure passengers are safe when undertaking a journey on the coach\nPassengers do not smoke or conduct themselves in a dangerous manner will on board \nThe coach is fuelled up at all times \nEnsure the coach is not overloaded\nYou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System\nAbout You\nRelevant qualifications & experience:\nCategory D1 license - Essential\nFlexible approach to duties and shift times - Essential\nPSV DCPC - Preferred\nApplications are subject to a basic DBS check, convictions considered on a individual basis\nAbout The Company\nAt Wren we’re passionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
