Working collaboratively across the business, you’ll take ownership of projects of all sizes alongside day-to-day operations, helping us deliver smarter, more resilient IT services to our showrooms, offices and teams.\nThis role is based at Barton-upon-Humber, working patterns to be agreed.\nWhat Wren offer:\nLife Assurance after 2 years’ service\nAccess to Benenden health and discount platform after 1 years of continuous service\nStaff discount on purchasing a kitchen/bedroom after 1 year of continuous service\nEye Care Vouchers\nRefer a Friend Scheme\nFree onsite gym\nMain Responsibilities:\nAct as the senior 3rd-line escalation point, resolving complex issues and supporting 1st/2nd-line teams.\nLead problem management, identifying root causes and implementing lasting solutions.\nManage, secure and optimise Azure, Entra ID, Intune and hybrid cloud infrastructure.\nMaintain Windows Server, virtualisation, storage and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring security and resilience.\nAutomate processes and deployments using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools.\nDeliver IT projects from planning to handover, meeting agreed deadlines and objectives.\nDrive service improvements, streamline processes and maintain clear technical documentation to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.\nYou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System\nAbout You\nDesired Skills and Knowledge:\nProven 3rd-line IT support and infrastructure engineering experience.\nStrong Azure, Entra ID, Intune and hybrid cloud knowledge.\nExperience with Windows Server, virtualisation, storage, networking and IT security.\nPowerShell automation skills and knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Bicep, ARM or Terraform).\nCustomer-focused problem-solving, strong communication and teamwork, with the ability to prioritise and meet SLAs.\nmacOS/Apple management, Jira, Zoom and relevant Microsoft or security certifications are advantageous.\nAbout The Company\nAt Wren we’re passionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
