You will work closely with Production, Health & Safety, contractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the required standard.\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30\nLocation: Manufacturing sites across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire\nTravel: Regular travel between manufacturing sites will be required depending on project needs\nMain Responsibilities:\nPlan, coordinate and oversee engineering projects from initial planning through to completion.\nManage the delivery, installation, commissioning and sign-off of manufacturing machinery and equipment.\nCoordinate essential services, including electrical supplies, compressed air and dust extraction systems.\nLiaise with Production, Engineering, Health & Safety teams and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery.\nSource suppliers, obtain quotations, raise purchase orders and coordinate contractor activities.\nMonitor project progress, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and in line with company standards.\nConduct site inspections, chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including machinery trials and installation sign-off.\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement practical engineering solutions.\nIn addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.\nAbout You\n Key Skills and desires:\nPrevious experience in a Project Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience in machinery installation, commissioning and project delivery.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nStrong organisational, problem-solving and project management skills.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nFlexibility to travel between manufacturing sites as required\nProficiency in chairing on-site meetings for updates and feedback.\nAbout The Company\nAt Wren we’re passionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
