This role is ideal for someone who excels at planning, coordination, and communication - and who enjoys keeping work moving.\nThis role is based at Barton-upon-Humber, working patterns to be agreed.\nWhat Wren offer:\nLife Assurance after 2 years’ service\nAccess to Benenden health and discount platform after 1 years of continuous service\nStaff discount on purchasing a kitchen/bedroom after 1 year of continuous service\nEye Care Vouchers\nRefer a Friend Scheme\nFree onsite gym\nMain Responsibilities:\n Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment between teams, tasks, and milestones.\nCoordinate day-to-day delivery activity, tracking progress, dependencies, and blockers across teams.\nMonitor delivery timelines and escalate issues or risks that may impact agreed outcomes.\nFacilitate progress updates, stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions as needed to keep work on track.\nEnsure the right people are involved at the right time, and that stakeholders are engaged, informed, and clear on next steps.\nMaintain clear documentation of scope, plans, risks, decisions, and actions throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nSupport teams in managing delivery governance - including reporting, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and formal checkpoint reviews.\nWork with leads across business and IT to align dependencies, capacity, and sequencing of work.\nHelp ensure that completed work meets expectations, and support handover into live service or business operations where relevant.\nCoordinate across internal and third-party teams where delivery relies on external inputs or partnerships.\nYou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System\nAbout You\nDesired Skills and Knowledge:\n Experience managing the coordination and delivery of initiatives or change projects\nExcellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong understanding of delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models, and when to apply each.\nSkilled at using tools such as project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, and dashboards to support clear, structured delivery.\nComfortable facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and keeping a wide range of stakeholders aligned.\nAble to interpret technical and business information and communicate it in a way that suits the audience.\nFamiliar with delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence\nAbout The Company\nAt Wren we’re passionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
