You’ll also help maintain and update existing learning resources to ensure content remains accurate, relevant and engaging.\nWhat Wren offer:\nLife Assurance after 2 years' service\nAccess to Benenden health and discount platform after 1 year of continuous service\nPersonalised progression plan with clear career opportunities\nIndividual training budget for personal development\nStaff discount on purchasing a kitchen/bedroom after 1 year of continuous service\nEye Care Vouchers\nRefer a friend scheme\nFree onsite gym\nMain Responsibilities:\nWork with the Online Learning Manager, stakeholders and wider team to understand project briefs and video requirements.\nEdit and assemble instructional videos using scripts, storyboards and creative direction.\nEnhance video content using graphics, captions, animations, screen recordings and voiceovers.\nResearch, write and develop video scripts, translating technical information and processes into clear, engaging instructional content.\nOrganise and maintain video files to ensure content is accessible and easy to manage.\nEnsure video content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.\nYou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System\nAbout You\nDesired Skills and Knowledge:\nExperience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or After Effects.\nAn understanding of how to use visuals, audio and storytelling to communicate information effectively.\nExperience with voice recording and AI-generated voiceover tools would be advantageous.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high visual and audio standards.\nGood organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nExperience in eLearning, corporate training or instructional video production would be beneficial\nAbout The Company\nAt Wren we’repassionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
