On top of this you will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours a week meaning your salary will be £36,509 plus a quarterly bonus of up to £1000. You’ll also receive 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays\nMain Responsibilities:\nSupervise employees who are undergoing training or assessment \nRetrain / coach any staff member observed contravening company procedures, breaches of compliance and health & safety \nObserve and improve delivery team performance through coaching / recording for further action as required \nEnsure Drivers’ licences are checked in accordance with company procedures and that accurate records are kept \nEnsure own knowledge of workplace legislation, compliance and any other industry changes are kept up to date to become departmental experts \nDrivers’ tachograph infringements that the driver requires coaching on are done within the time scale. \nDeliver inductions for every new Driver \nDeliver annual driving assessments for all Drivers\nWhat Wren offer:\n25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays\nLife Assurance after 2 years' service\nAccess to Benenden health and discount platform after 1 years of continuous service\nEE discount\nStaff discount on purchasing a kitchen/bedroom after 1 year of continuous service\nEye Care Vouchers\nRefer a Friend Scheme \nAbout You\nSkills and Knowledge:\nHold a valid Cat C+E licence with no more than 6 penalty points\nFull UK Driving Licence\nAbility to deliver driver CPC training\nStrong knowledge of compliance and regulations\nFamiliarity with UK routes and geography\nExperience in supervision or leadership roles\nExcellent communication skills\nFlexible approach to work, including occasional overnight stays and travel to other sites for assessments\nApplicants for this role who are offered employment will be subject to a basic criminal record check from the Disclosure & Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
