The role is shift based and candidate will work Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30 or 10:00-18:30.\nThe salary for the position is £46,000 plus up to £1,000 Quarterly Bonus.\nMain Responsibilities:\nWork with site Engineering Manager to effectively plan workload and job allocation, ensuring tasks are completed in order of priority.\nWork with departmental managers to ensure repair or planned work to machinery is carried out with minimal disruption to operations.\nLiaise with suppliers to ensure the sufficient and relevant materials required for repairs and regeneration projects are purchased.\nEnsure that repairs and building projects are completed to a high standard, in line with all relevant regulations.\nAct as a key liaison between Engineering Manager and Maintenance team, ensuring any information and business changes are shared throughout the team.\nMonitor performance and output and highlight any areas of concern to management.\nIn addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.\nAbout You\nDesired Skills and Knowledge:\nMinimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification\nProven track record of delivering results\n18th Edition with valid IEE regulations are desirable\nSelf-motivated with strong prioritisation skills\nRelevant experience in Engineering management, ideally in the woodworking industry\nUnderstanding of PLC systems\nExperience of planning PPM's and responding to reactive maintenance\nExcellent communication skills\nAbout The Company\nAt Wren we’re about all things\nkitchens, and now bedrooms too!
