The candidate\nwill work a combination of mornings and afternoons on rotating\nshift pattern or solely afternoon shift. The salary for this position ranges\nfrom £39,500 to £43,500.\nMain Responsibilities:\nTo carry out planned and reactive maintenance.\nProviding rapid and professional response to breakdowns.\nFault finding, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment and plant using all engineering disciplines to ensure minimum lost production time.\nEnsure engineering standards are maintained to maximize the operation effectiveness and reliability of the factory and associated systems.\nTo assist specialist subcontractor’s requirements, both for PPM and reactive works.\nUtilising the CMMS system to record all works (Shire System).\nEnsure Company & Site, Health & Safety procedures are always followed.\nTo proactively work towards the continued success and support of the business with a can-do attitude.\nIn addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.\nAbout You\n Key Skills and desires:\nMinimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification\nAn ability to work well under pressure\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent technical skills and knowledge.\nProblem-solving skills.\nTeam working skills.\nTo think on your own initiative.\nContinuous improvement attitude\nAbout The Company\nAt Wren we’re passionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
