Ensuring that our trade account base continues to grow and that our registered trade customers are contacted on a regular basis in order to establish solid, long lasting relationships.\nThis role is Monday - Friday andoffers a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 DOE plus commission.\nWhat Wren Offer:\nWorld class training on our products, systems, and sales process\nUncapped earning potential\nCommission paid during annual leave\nEye care vouchers\nEE discount\nRefer a friend scheme\nFantastic business wide opportunities\nStaff discount after your first year with us\nMain Responsibilities:\nRecruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area, ensuring they are aware of the Wren Trade model and benefits.\nKeep in regular contact with your Trade Customers in order to drive lead intake to pass on to your team of showroom Designers,\nAct as the main point of contact for Wren Trade within your local state of the art Wren showroom. Conduct tours of the showroom to trade customers showcasing the fantastic ways in which we will look after their customers throughout their kitchen or bedroom journey.\nSupport your team of showroom Designers by helping them to keep their trade customers up to date with their outstanding orders and leads.\nEffectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each of your duties.\nYou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.\nAbout You\nA positive, passionate approach to delivering outstanding customer service\nA fantastic telephone manner.\nA proactive approach to business development, creative in finding new and innovative ways to engage customers.\nAbility to work independently\nPrevious experience in the trade kitchen market would be beneficial.\nApplications are subject to a basic AccessNI check, with convictions considered on an individual basis.\nAbout The Company\nAt Wren we’re passionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
