Reporting directly to the Technical Analysis & QA Manager, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution.\nIn this cross-functional role, you will shoulder the responsibility of lending your technical prowess, QA focus, and analytical skills toward the design, testing, execution, and upkeep of our platform. You will ensure high-quality platform releases that align seamlessly with our business objectives through complete end-to-end delivery management, meticulous system requirements analysis, and strategic technical recommendations.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into clear, comprehensive technical specifications and user stories\nQuality Assurance & Testing: Work closely with QA and engineering teams to design, execute, and oversee testing strategies, ensuring releases meet rigorous quality, security, and performance standards prior to deployment.\nDelivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery pipelines within an Agile framework, facilitating smoother deployments, proactive issue resolution, and timely delivery of platform enhancements\nPlatform & System Upkeep: Actively monitor, analyse, and optimise platform behaviors, recommending functional and technical architectural improvements to support European expansion\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams-including software engineers, UI/UX designers, and business analysts-to ensure technical feasibility and cohesive implementation.\nRequirements\nAbout You\nCore Requirements\nExperience: Proven track record in a Technical Analyst or Systems Analyst role, with deep expertise in gathering platform requirements and converting them into actionable technical specs\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience\nCross-Functional Teamwork: Proven experience collaborating in multidisciplinary environments comprising developers, designers, and business analysts\n Technical Acumen: Ability to analyse system architecture, read/understand APIs, and evaluate technical documentation to resolve implementation roadblocks.\nNice to Have (Strongly Preferred, Not Essential)\nDomain knowledge or prior experience within the insurance, insurtech, fintech, or automotive sectors\nHands-on familiarity with project management and delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban\n Experience with quality assurance tools, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), or QA automation frameworks.\nKey Competencies:\nAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail when breaking down complex systems\nCommunication: Exceptional ability to bridge technical jargon and business needs for internal and external stakeholders\nOwnership: Proactive mindset with a drive for high standards and quality delivery in a fast-paced, remote environment.\nBenefits\nOur Employee Value Proposition (EVP)\nWe believe in taking care of our team so you can do your best work.
